CircleMic — VR Music Platform with AI Companions

Co-founded and led full-stack web development plus the AI song-processing pipeline (Demucs on RunPod, Whisper for LRC, key & pitch extraction, harmony model, RVC via Replicate). Built the VR client experience — device-code OAuth, personalized AI companions from uploaded 3D avatar/voice/personality, and lip-sync, spatial following, and scripted motion behaviors.

阿拉帮侬 — Voice-Based Urban AI Agent for Shanghainese Speakers

Specialization team project (Cornell Tech, 8-credit pair). Building a voice-based urban AI agent that lets Shanghainese-speaking older adults access digitized public services through speech. Owning the ASR & data-pipeline track — Whisper / Qwen3-ASR baselines, LoRA fine-tuning on Shanghainese corpora (ShUD, MDT-AE066, WenetSpeech), and an LRC-based annotation pipeline — wired into an LLM agent with function calling for route planning, appointment booking, and hospital lookup.

Viggle — MULTI & Mic Features

AI Feature Intern at VIGGLE.ai. For MULTI (multi-character animation), built an evaluation dataset covering diverse human-occlusion scenarios, used SAM for multi-person tracking annotation and JST-1 for inference testing, and surfaced key failure modes — clothing-texture-induced tracking drift and body-shape-related generation inconsistency — to inform model iteration. For Mic (text/audio-to-video), researched extensions across voice-driven character interactions, AI music videos, RVC-based voice cloning, and audio-driven character animation; built TTS and RVC API demo integrations and delivered a feasibility report — the voice-cloning direction was later adopted in Mic 2.0. Also explored integrating Viggle's internal API into ComfyUI workflows and presented findings to the team.

AI vs Human Spotify Playlists — INFO 5304 Final

3-person INFO 5304 (Data Science in the Wild) team project at Cornell Tech. Owned the Spotify-API + Kaggle data pipeline, then ran preregistered tests on whether AI-generated playlists differ from user-curated ones in audio-feature homogeneity (Levene's test) and artist diversity (Welch's t-test), plus standardized OLS regression for feature importance. Headline finding: AI playlists are more homogeneous, but counter to intuition, humans repeat artists more. View on GitHub →

Fine-tuned DiffSplat (SD 1.5-based diffusion-to-3D-Gaussian-Splat) for anime chibi characters, adapting the training config around pretrained GSRecon / GSVAE / GSDiff checkpoints. Built an automated FBX/Blender → 40 multi-view + camera-JSON → Parquet data pipeline with pre-computed prompt embeddings for diffusion fine-tuning.
